February Sowings are started in the Basement. February is the month where I really need to hold myself back. It’s still a few weeks early to start Tomatoes and Cabbages.
What vegetables to sow in February? These are the seeds that I’m starting now:
- Start sprouting/chitting Potatoes
- Lettuce and Romain for early harvest
- Goji Berries
- Ground Cherries
- Malabar Spinach
